About the Role
Job Title: Business Analyst
Hybrid position 12 months contract
Description: The candidate must have experience utilizing the tools of OHID to enroll new users to the company Vital Records System (OVRS). These tools include using Citizen Invite campaigns to enroll new users, reviewing denied applications for user assistance, and updating user information on approved accounts. The candidate will also need basic understanding of the OVRS system pertaining to user groups and role categories to successfully manage the onboarding of physicians, coroners, and funeral directors. Candidate will also be asked to monitor progress with onboarding, give updates on the status, and have experience using AI and Instructional Design to help create more pathways for new user enrollment.
